Self Control

I think it is intriguing how if a person tries to be in control of themselves, they lose control. But if one surrenders themselves to Christ and give up complete control to the Holy Spirit, then they have control. Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit and an evidence, not of the control of the person, but of the control of the Holy Spirit.
